Having your favourite things turned Into Jewellery couldn't be simpler!
We've outline the process below and are here if you have any questions at all.

Step one

If you have something you'd like capturing in a piece of jewellery, consider
the item you would like to order (pendant, ring, ear-rings etc) and the precious
metal you'd like it to be made with.

Step Two

Contact us to discuss your requirements. It would also be helpful to know your rough budget as we can work around this and let you know all the options available. Please send us a photo of what you'd like making Into Jewellery if possible. You can get in touch via email, social media or using our contact form found here.

Step Three

If you haven't provided any photos, we will request one in order to give you an accurate quote. If you're happy with our competitive prices, we will prepare some design layouts using your chosen specifications. Once you have chosen your favourite layout and confirmed your order, we will send you an invoice that can be paid using Paypal, bank transfer or cash.

Step Four

Once full payment has been received, work will commence on your jewellery. You will be kept updated during the making process and tracking details will be given when your item has been dispatched. Custom pieces take between one and two weeks to make but you will be given an estimated timescale when you place your order.

What's included in the price?

Custom pieces come in a recycled Kraft box, presented with a copy of the original drawing/design/handwriting in the lid. All orders over £50 come with a free certificate containing details of original drawing/handwriting and who created it, together with a professional photograph of the finished item, making it perfect for gifting to someone special. Our certificates cost £5 for orders under £50 in value.

We send all orders using Royal Mail's insured Special Delivery service. Postage and packaging is free for all orders over £80 and costs £5 for orders below £80.
