We provide a free stone security check with all professional cleans, ensuring your items are not at risk of losing precious stones or breaking in the near future. We will also check your items for any damage or wear that may put your jewellery at risk or breaking and potentially being lost. You will be given details of any recommended work your jewellery may require to keep it in great condition. Look at it as a free MOT to for your jewellery!

We aim to have a fast turnaround on all items but if there's a particular urgency and a fast turnaround needs to be guarenteed, you can choose our 'Speedy Service' for an additional one-off fee of £10 for up to five items or £20 for six or more. Opting for our Speedy Service means you'll get your jewellery back on the same day if we receive the job before 2pm and for postal cleaning and polishing, you'll get your items posted using Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, on the same day as we receive them (additional postage costs will apply).
